The Indiana County Health Care Careers Consortium is awarding two $500 scholarships. The first scholarship was awarded to Marissa Badzik, a student at Marion Center High School with a current GPA of 4.04 Marissa is planning on attending the University of Pittsburgh to major in Pharmacy. The second scholarship was awarded to Michelle Stiles of Blairsville, PA. Michelle is a junior at Indiana University of PA where she is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Michelle works at the Blairsville Pharmacy. The Health Care Consortium were impressed with both students dedication to the health care field as well as their credentials.
