The Tri-County, Southwest Corner, Three Rivers, and Westmoreland-Fayette Workforce Development Boards jointly release this one-year transitional regional workforce development plan for the nine county region served by our agencies. This draft outlines the vision and goals of the workforce development system in the region under the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) in accordance with the Commonwealth’s guidance for the plan.
