Below are short descriptions of the programs.     Career T.R.A.C.K., Inc. will provide internships/office work experience opportunities for 36 youth ages 16-24. Emphasis will be focused o­n placing youth in the TCWIB designated high growth career areas. These work experiences will utilize both non-profit and for-profit worksites. Career T.R.A.C.K., Inc. will also provide team based work experience and adult mentoring to 24 youth ages 16-24 in the form of work crews. The crews will participate in community based projects learning occupational skills and how to function as a member of a team.     Family-Life Media-Com., Inc. will provide 12 participants, ages 16-24, a work experience Monday through Thursday in o­ne of the high demand career areas of the tri-county area.
