TCWIB received a grant to do the following with the funds: Provide Individual Training Accounts to a minimum of 17 individuals; Provide Certified Nursing Assistant Training to approximately 10 individuals; Provide Manufacturing Innovation Product Development Training to approximately 10 incumbent workers; Provide Petroleum Safety Certification to approximately 5 new hires and incumbent workers; Provide career awareness in health care to approximately 100 middle school youth; and Promote STEM Careers with the promotion of the NW STEM PA STEM Conference.
