Registered Apprenticeships

Apprenticeship programs benefit both employers and apprentices by developing a workforce that is highly skilled. Employers with registered apprenticeship programs enjoy a reduced turnover, lower training costs, and improved productivity. Apprentices have the opportunity to earn a paycheck while receiving hands-on training and instruction. This impact can last a lifetime as the apprentice is set up to thrive throughout their rewarding, well-paid, and highly respected career.

An apprenticeship program includes a paid-work component and an education or instructional component tailored to industry needs. Programs can be integrated into an organization’s current training curriculum and human resource development strategy.
