At the June 20 Board meeting, students from Kids Innovation Playground showcased their drone skills to board members.
Kid’s Innovation Playground was awarded a Mini-Grant from Build Back Better funding for their Girls Who Code® drone program. Students learn how to code directional movement along the 3 axes, change colors, and more! The students were very impressive — even troubleshooting WiFi issues! Kid’s Innovation Playground is located in Slippery Rock, PA and is dedicated to brining STEAM programs to kids in Western PA.
