The Tri-County Workforce Investment Board, Inc. is giving an Employer of the Year Award in Armstrong, Butler, and Indiana Counties for employers who have significantly contributed to the workforce development system within the region. This award highlights the collaboration of business and workforce development in the three counties. All three companies have significantly contributed to building a skilled workforce.

Embassy of Hillsdale Park has been providing services to the community since 1964, currently being managed by Embassy Healthcare out of Beachwood, Ohio. Today Embassy of Hillsdale Park employs 109 staff.
Embassy of Hillsdale Park has the approach to wellness which includes addressing the mind and spirit, and offers therapeutic recreation to complete your health journey, as well as a Pet Therapy Program. Embassy of Hillsdale Park strives to keep their residents active and engaged as they work together to create a successful transition home or for long term placement. Embassy of Hillsdale Park focuses on accelerated recovery by leaving no stone unturned when it comes to the treatment of their residents. Staff employs the latest in clinical innovations, modalities, and methods to achieve aggressive rehabilitation results. Embassy of Hillsdale Park offers intensive post-acute care provided by 24-hour nursing staff, as well as top notch Dementia/Alzheimer’s Care. Embassy of Hillsdale Park has been hosting an Alzheimer’s Support Group monthly for the last 10 years to help members of the community.
